I'm tried of all these noobs having high ranks and everyone being oped as hell so I'm making my own site. If anyone wants to join All ranks are open if you are qualified. I will only allow two other admins and four mods on my site. Post here if you want to join.

I be trying to make it fun for everone ,to have these last restirtions on high powered jutsu and kill but nah we got some scary donkey people on the site that are noobs who are scared for their character to die ((you know who you are )).

Lol, I agree with Cut. At first we tried hard to limit them but all the noobs starting raging and complaining and for the sake of activity we had to become more lenient. Now, when we become as active as Ultimate Shinobi or Ingoo we can go all out and be total assholes.

We just need to watch who we have as Jounin chunin and higher make sure they are right for there rank

I have an idea! Because I know I am oped, but I made my APP oped on purpose. So I could battle everyone else, in Tani. But I will post a suggestion about special powers, ones that will stop the opedness.
