Set on the same timeline as Naruto’s but set in an alternate dimension where you can control what happens.

Around Ten Years Ago.
Six Bijuu have been sealed within six hosts each from one of the Three Great Villages, Konoha, Suna and Kiri. Although three Bijuu are yet to be sighted and taken care of, most villagers might live in fear of the remaining Bijuu appearing near their village and attacking. The previous Kages of each village got together and had decided to seal each of the Bijuu within six Jinchuriki, different ages, two in each village so that each village may keep watch of them. Suna had survived the attacks from three different Bijuu and most members of the village see that as proof of their village’s strength being superior to others. Kiri and konoha survived attacks from one Bijuu each; the last one was found and sealed within the outskirts of Kirigakure.

Two Years later.
A group in Suna called ‘The Shinteki’ begun plotting; they were one of the people who believed that Suna was by far the strongest village so they came up with an idea to attempt to take over all other lands. The group came before the Kazekage with their idea to overthrow Konoha and kiri then the rest of the villages, the Kazekage refused their idea without hesitation. A few months later the group’s members had grown more and they came before the Kazekage once more but not peacefully. Half the group went to attack the Kazekage, the other half snuck out the village during the whole commotion; they made their way to Konoha. It was easy for them to get within the village due to the fact that Konoha and Suna were Allies. The Shinteki attacked once they had infiltrated the walls of Konoha, a long battle proceeded, the outcome being the Shinteki dying in battle but taking many ninja and civilians with them.

The Hokage saw this as an attack by the whole village of Suna and had declared war against Suna. As soon as The Kazekage and Suna ninja had finished getting rid of the last Shinteki they were surprised to receive news about an attack coming from Konoha. The Kazekage had no time to go to the Hokage and straighten things out; he chose to just fight and attempt to end the war by force. The war raged on for years to come. During the third year of the battle Konoha had brought in their best clans into the battle, the Uchiha, the Senju, the Nara, and more. They truly aided the village in the battle. After another year in the war the Elders begun to realise something, the Uchiha were adapting quickly, with all the battle experience they were getting they became much stronger.

One year later.
The battle was over, many had died but the rest were relieved that the war had ended and their huge predicament had been sorted out. Many people still had deep vendettas with the opposing village and decided to never trust villagers from the other village whilst others who possibly didn’t lose as much from the war decided they could live peacefully with the other village. In Konoha after the war was over the elders decided that the Uchiha were beginning to get too strong, they had a simple solution for that, destroy them. They knew that the Hokage would never allow them to do such a thing so they went behind his and the villager’s back. They hired some missing ninja, mercenaries, Kiri ninja, anyone they could get their hands on and an attack on the Uchiha Clan was underway. The clan was supposedly wiped out in one night; the truth was that a few members had been able to escape, to other villages or even within Konoha itself. Eventually the Hokage Had found out what happened and knew who was behind it, the Elders were banished. There was no such thing as elders in Konoha anymore; it was now similar to Kiri and Suna, the highest point of command was the Kage and no-one was above.

Three years later: Today.
The previous kage have all died and new ones have been chosen for each village. There has still been no word as to where the remaining Bijuu are but as long they don’t attack the Villages aren’t in fear of any danger for hopefully some time. All villages are currently independent, no alliances.
